Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Memorial Hospital in Temple, TX is seeking a full-time Charge Registered Nurse for the Medical Surgical Palliative/Hospice Unit (STC-4). The role drives patient care on a high-acuity telemetry unit with collaboration from hospice and palliative teams.

This is a full-time position with days schedule (36 hours/week). The unit emphasizes compassionate end-of-life care, multidisciplinary collaboration, and excellent outcomes for patients and families in a large Texas health

Qualifications

• Completed nursing program and RN licensure.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum two years in the field strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Charge RN leadership on the STC-4 unit.
• Coordinate patient care with hospice, palliative, and acute care teams.
• Ensure safe, compassionate care and high-quality patient outcomes.
