Job summary

Currency Circle Surgery Center is seeking a Charge Registered Nurse to lead day-to-day operations in the Ambulatory Surgical Services. You will drive initiatives to improve efficiency and patient experience in the operating room.

You will report to the ASC Administrator, collaborate to promote fiscal accountability, develop and revise policies, and evaluate staff performance. You will oversee credentialing, safety measures, risk management, and use your clinical leadership to improve patient

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing school.
• Current RN license in the state of Florida.
• Proven experience in clinical leadership or management.
• Experience in clinical supervision and program management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the operating room.
• Collaborate with ASC Administrator to ensure fiscal accountability.
