Schuylkill Center in Pottsville, PA is hiring a Charge Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time and part-time shifts (11p-7a, 3p-11p). This role includes a $5000 sign-on bonus, shift differentials, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Skilled Nursing facility during the assigned shift
• Oversee clinical duties and unit activities to ensure quality patient care
• Assess residents' condition and respond to changes in status
• Direct nursing actions in crisis situations and adjust staffing as needed
• Investigate incidents and accidents and maintain documentation
• Ensure staff adherence to policies and development of care plans
• Provide age-appropriate care from adult to geriatric residents
• Perform all RN duties and ensure safe patient care
• Maintain staffing within scope of practice and ability
