Job summary

You will supervise staffing, budgeting, and ensure regulatory compliance while promoting quality patient care and continuous improvement across the unit.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an RN nursing program (upon hire).
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Nebraska (NE) (upon hire).
• CPR certification (BLS) required (upon hire).
• ACLS required within 5 months of hire.
• PALS required within 5 months of hire.
• NRP required within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staffing, scheduling, staff development, certification tracking, and performance management.
• Assist with budget goals, payroll monitoring, and resource utilization.
• Promote departmental goals, quality outcomes, regulatory compliance, staff communication, education, and continuous improvement.
• Maintain clinical expertise and serve as a specialty resource to ensure high-quality patient care.
