Job summary

Innovative Renal Care is seeking a Charge Nurse to lead the hemodialysis team across multiple clinics in the Houston area. You will supervise direct patient care staff and ensure quality patient care while maintaining strong relations with patients, families, and physicians.

You must be a Registered Nurse with current Texas licensure and have at least 12 months of nursing experience, including dialysis exposure. BLS/CPR certification and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• RN license with current state licensure.
• Minimum 12 months of nursing experience, including 3 months in maintenance dialysis care.
• Meets state/licensing requirements.
• Hemodialysis experience preferred.
• BLS and CPR certified.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, manuals, and procedures.
• Strong communication skills with clients and colleagues.
• Proven leadership ability.

Work Experience

• Registered Professional Nurse with current state licensure
• Minimum 12 months of nursing experience, including 3 months in maintenance dialysis care (or as required by state guidelines)
• Meets state/licensing requirements
• Hemodialysis experience preferred
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certified
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, manuals, and procedures
• Strong communication skills with clients and colleagues
• Proven leadership ability

Salary Range:

• $45 - $60 / hour depending on experience and qualifications
