Job summary

Innovative Renal Care in Sherman, TX seeks a Charge Nurse to lead our hemodialysis team, directing day-to-day patient care staff and ensuring safe, compassionate treatment. The role requires a current RN license, BLS/CPR, and at least 12 months of nursing experience including dialysis exposure.

You will supervise staff, maintain strong patient and family relations, and collaborate with physicians to deliver high-quality kidney care in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active RN license in Texas.
• Minimum 12 months of nursing experience, including dialysis exposure.

Work Experience

• Registered Professional Nurse with current state licensure
• Minimum 12 months of nursing experience, including 3 months in maintenance dialysis care (or as required by state guidelines)
• Meets state/licensing requirements
• Hemodialysis experience preferred
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certified
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, manuals, and procedures
• Strong communication skills with clients and colleagues
• Proven leadership ability

Salary Range

• $40 - $58 / hour depending on experience and qualifications
