Job summary
State of Indiana is seeking a Nursing Program Administration Leader in Evansville to provide administrative and clinical leadership for nursing personnel and ensure high-quality care. You will collaborate on hospital-wide goals and oversee program outcomes, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.
Requirements include an Associate or Bachelor’s in Nursing, Indiana RN license, CPR certification, and at least one year of supervisory experience.
Qualifications
- Must possess Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited college.
- Must hold and maintain CPR certification.
- Active license to practice nursing in Indiana as a Registered Nurse.
- One year of supervisory experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and clinical leadership for nursing personnel to ensure consistent and effective care delivery.
- Collaborate with leadership in development, implementation, and evaluation of program goals and objectives.
- Oversee development and implementation of program-specific needs and therapeutic outcomes.
- Serve on facility committees and recommend nursing-related actions.
- Act as liaison with other disciplines to coordinate care.
