Qualifications

• Must hold a Michigan CNA license or complete Michigan CNA training and be eligible to test.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized care that promotes residents' physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing.
• Participate in daily nursing reports and document care in the electronic system.
• Assist residents with daily living activities and coordinate with the team to ensure operations.
• Observe changes in residents' condition and report promptly to supervisor.
