Job summary

Signature HealthCARE in Ridgely, Tennessee is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care, administer medications, monitor residents, and ensure safety and comfort. You will lead nursing staff, coordinate with the interdisciplinary team, and maintain high standards of clinical documentation.

We value candidates with active RN licensure, a strong clinical background, and experience with EHR systems.

Qualifications

• Current, active RN license in the state of practice.
• CPR/BLS certification preferred (American Heart Association or American Red Cross).
• Minimum one year of clinical nursing experience; long-term care experience preferred.
• Experience in a supervisory or charge nurse role preferred.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents, including medication administration, wound care, and skilled nursing procedures.
• Supervise nursing assistants and medication aides during the shift in accordance with facility policies.
