Job summary

CONSUMER DIRECTED SERVICES INC. is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to coordinate a rehabilitation unit. The role involves direct patient care, supervision of RNs/LPNs/CNAs, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Strong communication, leadership, and change-management skills are essential. Two years of clinical nursing experience are required; BSN and management experience are preferred, with additional certifications depending on department.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state; CPR; ACLS; and additional certifications based on specialty.
• Minimum of two years clinical nursing experience, with specialized experience for certain units.
• Effective communication, decision-making skills in high-stress situations, and ability to implement change.
• BSN, management experience, and relevant specialty certifications preferred.
• Additional certifications such as PALS, NRP, or wound care may be required depending on the department.

Responsibilities
