Job summary

Responsibilities

• Follows established procedures for charting and incident reporting.
• Follows company procedures for narcotic counting, pharmacy orders, and restraint reduction.
• Documents changes in patient conditions (nutrition, infections, skin conditions, weight loss, etc.).
• Uses Quality Life Manual for patient identification, placement, and monitoring in appropriate programs.
• Documents and notifies departments of room changes, LOA, new admits, or discharges.
• Rounds with physicians when needed.
