Magnolia Creek Skilled Nursing & Therapy in Altus, OK is seeking a Charge Nurse to lead and coordinate nursing care across shifts. You will delegate tasks, monitor residents’ conditions, and supervise Nursing Aides while upholding safety and quality of care.
