This position is for Nights 7p-7a in Florence, Alabama, a scenic city in Northwestern Alabama known for the Tennessee River, Wilson Lake, and historical sites.

Department Overview: Surgical Services includes 15 surgical suites, 6 Endoscopy Rooms, 6 Pre-Admission Testing rooms, and 30 same-day surgery rooms. Our team comprises surgeons, anesthesiologists, nurses, and other specialists dedicated to compassionate care.
Your Role: As an RN, you will deliver specialized care, develop patient care plans, and utilize advanced technology to improve patient outcomes. You will also lead and develop staff under the guidance of the department director.
Qualifications: Current RN license in the state, BLS certification within 30 days, ACLS and PALS within six months, and 2-3 years of experience preferred.
Responsibilities: Define department mission, manage operations, develop staff, and ensure quality patient care, reporting to the Director of Med/Surg.
