Job summary

The Springs Healthcare & Rehabilitation is seeking compassionate RN/LVN Charge Nurses to join our clinical team. Full-time positions available with 6a-2p and 2p-10p shifts, plus double weekends.

You will work with an interdisciplinary team to deliver quality nursing care and oversee resident safety and daily care needs. We offer competitive pay and comprehensive benefits, including PTO, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, and supplemental coverages.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Unencumbered RN/LVN license.
• Proof of current CPR certification.
• Ability to work flexible schedule.
• Minimum 2 year experience as an RN/LVN in a clinical setting preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Follow established standards of nursing practices and implement programs, policies and procedures.
• Obtain report from nurse being relieved and provide report to nurse on duty.
• Conduct resident rounds daily and report problems to supervisor.
• Identify safety hazards and initiate corrective action.
• Administer and document direct resident care, medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Document daily notes and changes in resident conditions.
