Job summary

The Orchards at Armada in Armada, MI is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our care team and provide direct nursing services to residents. This full-time role involves administering medications, monitoring patient conditions, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary staff to plan and implement patient-centered care.

Qualified candidates will hold an LPN license (1 year preferred) and demonstrate strong clinical skills, compassion, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Duties include providing nursing care to patients and administering treatments.
• Must be able to monitor vital signs and document patient responses.
• Experience with patient education and coordinating with the care team.
