PAM Health Specialty and Rehabilitation Hospital of Covington is seeking a Charge Registered Nurse for the 7pm-7am shift. The RN will coordinate nursing care, lead a clinical team, and collaborate with medical staff to uphold high standards of practice.

Requirements include an active RN license in the state, BLS and ACLS, and at least three years of inpatient telemetry or critical care experience. We offer comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities within a multi-location PAM Health system.

Responsibilities

The Charge Registered Nurse (RN) is a professional nurse who coordinates the delivery of nursing care. Aligned with Nursing Leadership, the Charge Nurse provides leadership by working in collaboration with medical, ancillary, and support staff in maintaining standards of nursing practice in the clinical setting. The Charge Nurse serves as a clinical and leadership resource and role model for the staff.

Qualifications

• RN Licensein the state you are applying
• Current BLS certification
• Current ACLS certification

Experience:At least three years of inpatient telemetry or critical care nursing experience

A few things that aren't required, but we would prefer:

• • Prior Charge Nurse or Supervisory experience
  • CCRN certification
  • A high level of comfort working with complex disease processes, ventilators, tracheostomies, and invasive and non-invasive monitoring techniques
