PAM Health Specialty Hospital of Reno is hiring a Charge Registered Nurse (RN). The role coordinates nursing care and provides leadership in collaboration with medical and support staff to maintain standards of nursing practice in the clinical setting.

The successful candidate will have an RN license in the state of application, current BLS and ACLS certifications, and at least three years of inpatient telemetry or critical care nursing experience.

Qualifications

• RN License in the state you are applying.
• Current BLS certification.
• Current ACLS certification.
• Experience: At least three years of inpatient telemetry or critical care nursing experience.
• Preferred: Charge Nurse or Supervisory experience.
• CCRN certification (optional).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the delivery of nursing care in collaboration with Nursing Leadership and staff.
• Serve as a clinical and leadership resource and role model for the staff.

Responsibilities

The Charge Registered Nurse (RN) is a professional nurse who coordinates the delivery of nursing care. The Charge Nurse serves as a clinical and leadership resource and role model for the staff.

Experience: At least three years of inpatient telemetry or critical care nursing experience

A few things that aren't required, but we would prefer:

• Prior Charge Nurse or Supervisory experience
• CCRN certification
• A high level of comfort working with complex disease processes, ventilators, tracheostomies, and invasive and non-invasive monitoring techniques
