Job summary

AMG Specialty Hospital – Central Indiana (Muncie Campus) is seeking a Charge Nurse (RN) for Day Shifts. This role supervises RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, communicates with physicians about patient status, and ensures timely care delivery in a high-acuity setting. A current Indiana RN license, BLS, ACLS, and at least 2 years ICU experience are required.

Qualifications

• Current Indiana RN license, BLS, ACLS required.
• Minimum 2 years ICU experience.
• Strong communication and leadership skills required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise patient care activities by RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.
• Communicate with physicians/CCO about patient conditions and test results.
• Ensure timely and safe patient care in the acute setting.
• Manage staffing and ensure appropriate supervision based on acuity.
• Maintain positive and compliant care environment.
