Job summary

PAM Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week internal assignment at our MA facility. You will deliver, direct, and supervise patient care on the medical-surgical unit, aligning with the nursing process and discharge planning.

Qualifications

• Education and Training: Holds a current licensure as a registered nurse (RN) in the state where the hospital resides, or compact licensure if state participates.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• Evidence of ACLS certification is required within 90 days of employment.
• BLS and ACLS certifications must be AHA approved within 90 days of employment.
• Current ACLS certification is required for Charge Nurses.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, direct, and supervise patient care on the nursing unit.
• Coordination of interdisciplinary care plans and discharge planning.
• Educate patients and families for post-hospital recovery; support staff in ACLS-related duties.
