Qualifications

• ACLS certification preferred initially and required after 90 days of employment; ACLS required from day 1 for Charge Nurses, High Obs, and ICU

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery of nursing care under Nursing Leadership
• Provide leadership as a role model and resource to staff
• Collaborate with medical, ancillary, and support staff to maintain standards of nursing practice
