You’ll serve as a key clinical resource, supporting care delivery and fostering a safe, respectful environment.
The Charge Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing clinical oversight and supervision of nursing care during assigned shifts to ensure quality outcomes and regulatory compliance.
This role guides nursing staff, administers medications and treatments, completes resident assessments, and serves as a central communicator between residents, families, providers, and leadership.
