Charlton Place Rehabilitation & Health Care is seeking a Charge Nurse (RN) to oversee nursing care, mentor staff and coordinate with physicians in a senior care setting. The role focuses on delivering high-quality, compliant care during shifts and maintaining professional standards across the team.

The ideal candidate has an active RN license, prior LTC/SNF/AL/MC experience, and strong communication skills to support residents and families in a compassionate, well-organized environment.

Responsibilities

What Will You Do in This Role?

As a Charge Nurse | RN, you are responsible for ensuring that care delivery is consistent with the missions and policies of the company and in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations and licensing requirements. You will also be responsible for the overall operations, integration, coordination, and direction of nursing care during assigned shift; includes mentoring and educating nursing personnel and working with physicians and other medical professionals.

• Must have active, and in good standing, Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
