Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited registered nursing program.
• Must possess a valid South Carolina or compact (multi-state) RN license.
• Active Basic Life Support certification required; additional certifications per unit requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs based on history, observation, exam and diagnostic data.
• Provide nursing interventions aligned with Plan of Care and standards of practice.
• Conduct Hourly Rounds and ensure patient, family and visitor comfort and safety.
• Engage in evidence-based practices and hospital-system initiatives.
• Pursue ongoing professional growth through goal setting and educational offerings.
