The Springs of Hillcrest is seeking compassionate LPNs and RNs to join our skilled nursing team in Prescott, AR. This full-time night shift offers 12-hour shifts (6 PM–6 AM) with a $7,500 sign-on bonus and competitive pay based on experience.

As a Charge Nurse, you will supervise daily nursing activities, administer medications, monitor resident conditions, and ensure regulatory compliance in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
