Job summary

Wellstar Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse for a full-time night shift at our Georgia facilities. You will work with the patient care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, delivering compassionate, high-quality nursing services.

The role emphasizes performance improvement, confidentiality, safety, and professional standards, with opportunities to contribute to Shared Governance and patient advocacy across the care team.

Qualifications

• Associates Nursing or Diploma in Nursing or Bachelor's in Nursing (preferred).
• ACLS, BLS, and RN licensure required on hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing services as part of the patient care team, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives and maintain professional competence.
• Uphold confidentiality, safety, and professional standards; support Shared Governance.
• Coordinate care, advocate for patients and families, and communicate plans with the care team.
