Job summary

BayCare Health System in Winter Haven is seeking an experienced RN - Charge Nurse for the Med/Surg Neuro unit. This role emphasizes professional leadership, clinical excellence, and a commitment to patient-centered care in a high-volume environment.

The Charge Nurse will act as a preceptor, mentor and role model for nursing staff, ensuring quality patient care while supporting the unit's daily operations and staffing needs.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse license
• BLS
• 2 years RN acute care experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• ICU Experience
• Preferred: 1 year Leadership experience
• Preferred: Nurse Specialty
