Piedmont Columbus Midtown is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to coordinate quality nursing care for patients from birth through the lifecycle, and handle operational issues during shifts. The role requires providing clinical care as needed and effectively communicating patient care and staff concerns to leadership.

The candidate should have Georgia RN licensure, a nursing degree (Bachelor's preferred), and 1 year of hospital experience with additional certifications as applicable.

Qualificações

• RN licensed to practice in Georgia.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
• 1 year of nursing experience in a hospital setting required.
• 2+ years of nursing experience in a hospital setting preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate delivery of quality nursing care for patients across the lifecycle.
• Provide clinical care as needed when census demands.
• Communicate patient care, departmental issues, and staff concerns to the appropriate leader(s).
• Serve as a resource for guidance and assistance to the staff.
