Job summary

Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient care across PACU, inpatient units, Radiology and anesthesia.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on assessments.
- Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with physicians, anesthesiologists, and other providers for coordinated care.
- Manage daily schedules and ensure staffing and equipment availability.
- Educate patients and families about care plans and health management.
- Respond to emergencies promptly and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
