Qualifications:
  • Current LVN/LPN license in practicing state
  • Current BLS/CPR certification or willingness to obtain one
  • Experience in nursing management is preferred but not required
Responsibilities:
  • Charting and incident reporting following established procedures
  • Managing narcotic counts, pharmacy orders, and restraint reduction
  • Documenting changes in patient conditions such as nutritional issues, infections, skin conditions, or weight changes
  • Using the Quality Life Manual for patient monitoring and placement
  • Communicating room changes, admissions, discharges to relevant departments
  • Making rounds with physicians as needed
