We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Charge Nurse to lead quality care and support resident well-being. The ideal candidate demonstrates trustworthiness, consistent attendance, multitasking ability, and a professional, cooperative demeanor to collaborate effectively and provide exceptional care.

Your Responsibilities

1. Guide and supervise care teams, including Nurse Aides, to ensure proper resident care.
2. Administer medications safely and accurately as prescribed.
3. Implement and follow care plans in accordance with policies, federal guidelines, and physician instructions.
4. Perform necessary treatments to maintain resident health and comfort.
5. Transcribe physician orders accurately and promptly.
6. Maintain detailed and timely documentation in resident charts and complete assessments.
7. Participate in shift reports for effective communication and continuity of care.
8. Educate support staff on nursing policies and resident care needs.
9. Ensure safety standards through infection control and proper body mechanics.
10. Address staffing needs by arranging replacements as necessary.
