Creative Solutions in Healthcare - South is seeking a Charge Nurse (LVN or RN) to lead nursing teams and ensure high-quality resident care. You will guide Nurse Aides, administer medications, and implement care plans under policy and physician orders.

The role emphasizes strong documentation, timely assessments, and collaboration during shift reports, with attention to emergencies and safety standards. Excellent organizational skills and good standing RN/LVN license required.

Responsabilidades

• Direct Care Teams: Provide guidance to Nurse Aides to ensure appropriate resident care.
• Administer Medications: Safely administer resident medications as prescribed.
• Implement Care Plans: Execute resident care plans per company policies, federal guidelines, and physician orders.
• Perform Treatments: Deliver treatments as required to ensure resident health and comfort.
• Transcribe Orders: Accurately transcribe physician orders.
• Document Resident Care: Maintain timely and accurate documentation in resident charts and complete nursing assessments.
• Collaborate During Shift Reports: Participate in shift reports for seamless communication and care continuity.
• Educate Support Staff: Educate staff on nursing policies and resident care needs.
• Maintain Safety Standards: Promote infection control and body mechanics procedures.
• Address Staffing Needs: Respond to shortages by arranging replacement staff as necessary
