Hireology is seeking a Charge Nurse – LVN or RN to lead care teams, administer medications, and ensure resident well-being in a fast-paced setting.

You will implement care plans, transcribe orders, document nursing assessments, participate in shift reports, and educate staff while maintaining infection control and safety standards. This is a full-time on-site role with competitive benefits.

Formación

• Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in good standing.
• Strong technical, assessment, and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to organize workflows.

Responsabilidades

Your Impact as a Charge Nurse – LVN or RN

In this role, you will:

• Direct Care Teams: Provide guidance to Nurse Aides to ensure appropriate care for residents.

• Administer Medications: Properly and safely administer resident medications as prescribed.

• Implement Care Plans: Execute resident care plans in compliance with company policies, federal guidelines, and physician orders.

• Perform Treatments: Deliver treatments as required to ensure resident health and comfort.

• Transcribe Orders: Accurately and promptly transcribe physician orders.

• Document Resident Care: Maintain timely and accurate documentation in resident charts and complete required nursing assessments.

• Collaborate During Shift Reports: Participate in shift reports to ensure seamless communication and care continuity.

• Educate Support Staff: Implement nursing policies and procedures, educating staff on the care needs of residents.

• Maintain Safety Standards: Promote a safe working environment by complying with infection control and body mechanic procedures.

• Address Staffing Needs: Respond to staffing shortages by arranging for replacement staff as necessary.
