Job summary

Magnolia Wellness Center in St. Louis, MO seeks an LVN/LPN for night shift (7pm–7am) to provide nursing care per standards, physician orders, and center policies. The role supports patient needs and follows state and local guidelines.

The incumbent will document changes, follow narcotic and restraint procedures, and assist with rounds with physicians as needed. Equal employment opportunity applies to all applicants.

Qualifications

• Current LVN/LPN license in practicing state.
• Current BLS/CPR certification or willingness to acquire one.
• Experience in nursing management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follows established procedure for charting and incident reporting.
• Follows company procedures for narcotic counting, pharmacy orders, and restraint reduction.
• Documents any change in patient's conditions including nutritional problems, infections, skin conditions, weight loss or any other noticeable changes.
• Utilizes the Quality Life Manual for patient identification, placement, and monitoring in the appropriate programs.
• Document and notify applicable departments of any patient room changes, LOA, new admits, or discharges.
• Makes rounds with physicians when necessary.
