Priority Management is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN/LVN) to join our Bridgeport, TX team for 6p-6a shifts. You’ll work under the DON and clinical staff to deliver compassionate, resident-focused care in a long-term care setting.

This role emphasizes teamwork, ongoing professional growth, and adherence to nursing standards. You must hold an active LPN/LVN license in good standing with the State Board of Nursing and be committed to improving residents' quality of life while coordinating

Qualifications

• Must have a current LPN/LVN license in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.

Responsabilités

• Conferring with the Medical Director and the attending physician regarding specific residents assigned to you.
• Consulting with the physician concerning resident evaluation and assist the Director of Nursing in planning and developing the nursing services to be performed for the resident.
• Helping your team members grow their careers—you will change lives!
• Examining residents and their records and charts to distinguish between normal and abnormal findings in order to recognize early stages of serious physical, emotional or mental problems.
• Performing administrative duties regarding assigned residents, such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, charting, etc.
