Apploi is seeking a detail-oriented LPN to serve as Charge Nurse for 3-11 shifts in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting in Florida. You will administer medications, supervise CNAs, and ensure accurate documentation while maintaining a compassionate, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Valid LPN nursing license.
• Ability to quickly learn and navigate Point Click Care software.
• Valid CPR & IV Certification.
• Accepting new and seasoned LPNs.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and perform treatments.
• Direct the day-to-day tasks of the CNAs.
• Keep all records up-to-date and accurate.
• Foster an atmosphere of optimism, warmth and genuine concern for residents.
