Americare Senior Living's Eureka Nursing Center in Eureka, KS is seeking a Charge Nurse (LPN). You will provide frontline clinical leadership, oversee nursing services, supervise care teams, and ensure regulatory compliance on assigned shifts.

Pay ranges $27–$33 per hour based on experience, plus a $2,500 sign-on bonus. The role supports flexible full/part-time schedules, a collaborative team, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities to advance in a resident-centered skilled nursing environment.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license to practice in the state.
• Familiarity with state and federal nursing regulations.
• Strong communication, leadership, and clinical judgment skills.
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or senior living preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee nursing services and clinical supervision during assigned shifts
• Ensure compliance with nursing care standards, policies, and procedures
• Supervise and guide nursing staff, including LPNs, CNAs, and CMAs
• Complete and update resident assessments, care plans, and clinical documentation
• Communicate changes in resident condition to families, physicians, and nursing leadership
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility protocols
• Conduct routine rounds to ensure resident needs are met
• Address, document, and report incidents, accidents, and concerns, including suspected abuse or neglect
• Ensure appropriate supplies, equipment, and medications are available and communicated to leadership
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote quality care and resident safety

Position Summary: The Charge Nurse (LPN) provides frontline clinical leadership and exceptional resident care within our skilled nursing community. Responsibilities include overseeing nursing services, supervising care teams, ensuring compliance, and serving as a key clinical resource.

Alternative Titles: Charge Nurse (LPN), LPN Supervisor, Floor Nurse (LPN), Shift Supervisor (LPN), Licensed Practical Nurse – Charge Role.

Physical Demands
