Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assists in total patient care within the unit and manages the unit.
• Provides direct nursing care to patients.
• Performs duties directed by ADON or DON.
• Supervises nurse aides and ensures policy compliance.
• Administers medications per physician orders.
• Instructs staff and monitors care per standards.
• Assists in admission and discharge processes.
