Qualifications

• Current NC Board of Nursing license to practice as a Registered Nurse.
• One year of previous experience preferred.
• Management/leadership experience preferred.
• Requires frequent lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, stooping, kneeling.

Responsabilités

• Provides direct care to patients and supervises nursing staff.
• Communicates patient status to the Unit Manager.
• Assists in supervision, orientation, and training of nursing staff.
• Participates in patient care planning conference with other disciplines.
