Advocate Health's Aurora St. Luke’s Medical Center in Milwaukee seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to lead as Charge Nurse on 11S and 11T Ortho Specialty Units, caring for post-op orthopedic spine and ENT patients.

Requires a Bachelor’s degree in nursing, RN license in Wisconsin, and at least 5 years of RN experience with BLS. The role emphasizes clinical oversight, staff coaching, quality improvement, and interdepartmental collaboration. Schedule: 36 hours weekly, 12-hour nights, every third weekend.

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing required and Wisconsin RN license.
• Minimum of 5 years RN experience; not suitable for new grads.
• BLS certification (American Heart Association) required.
