Zusammenfassung

Retirement Unlimited is seeking a Charge Nurse to deliver warm, person-centered care and lead a compassionate care team in a supportive community. You will administer medications per the Resident Care Plan and monitor residents’ wellbeing while communicating changes to the Care Plan.

We welcome new grads and experienced nurses with an active LPN license. Join a team focused on growth, training, and a collaborative care approach in a vibrant setting.

Qualifikationen

Must be a graduate of a state approved school of nursing.
Must hold a current state license as a Licensed Practical or Vocational Nurse.
No experience required; new grads welcome.
Ability to provide compassionate, person-centered care.

Aufgaben

Provide warm and engaging personal care services, assistance, and companionship.
Administer or assist with medication per the Resident Care Plan.
Engage residents and monitor wellbeing, noting changes to the Care Plan.
Collaborate with Wellness Director to assess and document resident assessments.
