Job summary

Piedmont Macon North is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for a 7am to 3pm shift. You will deliver quality nursing care across the patient lifecycle and provide clinical support as census demands. Strong communication with leadership and staff is essential to coordinate care and address issues.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in Georgia is required or multistate licensure with Georgia eligibility.
• BCLS, ACLS, PALS are required; additional certifications may be needed.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates delivery of quality nursing care from birth through the lifecycle.
• Provides clinical care as needed during census fluctuations and shift changes.
• Communicates patient care, unit issues, and staff concerns to leadership.
