As a role model for professional nursing practice, you will participate in quality improvement, staff evaluations, and education, while ensuring compliance with policy, HIPAA, and regulatory standards.

Qualifikationen

• BSN not mandatory but preferred.
• Active KY RN license or compact license with privileges to practice in KY (Required).
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred depending on unit.
• Experience in frontline patient care and leadership roles.
• Familiarity with staffing and scheduling within an inpatient unit.

• Contributes to staffing and resource planning within the unit budget.
• Participates in preceptor and nurse assignments based on acuity.
• Maintains shift-by-shift operations to ensure seamless patient care.
• Role model for customer service; addresses internal/external inquiries.
• Supports staff evaluations, coaching, and disciplinary processes per policy.
• Participates in quality improvement and regulatory compliance initiatives.
