Heritage Inn Barnesville is seeking a compassionate LPN to join our non-profit, mission-driven team, delivering high-quality clinical care to residents.

You will work with RNs, CNAs and interdisciplinary staff, administer meds, monitor conditions, and ensure accurate documentation in line with care plans.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Georgia or eligible.
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Prior long-term care experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the care team.
• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans.
• Supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all clinical policies and regulatory standards.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.
