Job summary

Required: current Indiana license as a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse, ability to work 6am-6pm, full-time, and a commitment to compassionate care and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed and registered to practice as a professional nurse in the State of Indiana.
• Successfully complete pre-employment process and screening.
• Pass the physical examination given in behalf of gainful employment within the facility.
• Professional manner and appearance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise direct resident care personnel on your shift.
• Follow Comprehensive Care Plan for patients and assist Unit Manager with documentation.
• Ensure accurate documentation in patient records.
