Job summary

Qualifications

• Maintain thorough documentation of patient assessments, changes, and care provided.
• Collaborate with the care team to coordinate patient care and ensure timely flow.
• Uphold confidentiality, safety, and professional standards; participate in governance and quality initiatives.
