Abrazo Arrowhead Campus in Glendale is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide professional bedside care on an assigned unit, coordinate care plans, supervise other staff, and evaluate nursing practice. The role requires strong teamwork, patient-centered care, and adherence to safety guidelines.

Responsibilities include assessing patients on admission, setting goals, implementing orders, and participating in hospital tasks.

Formación

• Education: Nursing degree from an accredited nursing school
• L&D: Advanced Fetal Monitoring or must obtain within six months of hire
• Two years NICU experience including neonatal ventilator (Level III)
• License/Certifications: RN in Arizona; CPR; ACLS as applicable
• ER/ICU/Endoscopy/Tele/Cardiac Cath Lab/L&D: ACLS required on orientation
• ER: PALS or ENPC required or must obtain within ninety days
• Post-partum, Nursery, L&D: NRP required upon orientation
• Bariatrics: Certification or training in bariatrics
• Wound Care: Certification or training in wound care and ostomy care
• BSN preferred; 1 year acute care; PACU ACLS preferred

Responsabilidades

• Assesses patient needs on admission and ongoing.
• Determines nursing diagnoses based on assessment and data.
• Sets patient-specific outcome goals and guides patient and family toward them.
• Individually plans care based on patient needs and circumstances.
• Implements nursing and medical orders appropriate to patient status.
• Other tasks assigned at the hospital
