Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals within the designated shift
Assess and prioritize patient care needs, developing and implementing effective care plans
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
Monitor and supervise daily operations, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise
Foster a positive and supportive work environment, promoting staff engagement and job satisfaction
Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in the state of Texas
Ability to lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals
