Job summary

Qualifications

• Active LVN/LPN license in Texas.
• BLS/CPR certification current or willingness to obtain.
• Experience in nursing management is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care during 6A-2P shift.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to physicians.
• Document patient information and update medical records.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to coordinate care.
• Adhere to center policies and narcotic counting procedures.
