Job summary

Upson Regional Medical Center is a small hospital with a BIG heart, seeking an experienced RN for Med/Surg. You will provide skilled nursing care, supervise, teach, and document patient care for a population aged 8 to geriatric, with occasional float to other areas. Management duties comprise about 15% of the role.

The position requires an ADN or higher, a current Georgia RN license, and BLS certification. High school diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

RN licensed in Georgia with current BLS certification.
High School Diploma or GED.
Associate degree from an accredited nursing program; Med/Surg experience.

Responsibilities

Provide quality nursing care across units with 8– geriatric focus.
Supervise, teach, record and evaluate the nursing care delivered.
Approximately 15% time spent in management and floating to other areas as needed.
