Aura Health in Houston is seeking a Charge Registered Nurse to lead shift-based nursing operations in a patient-centered, mission-driven environment. You will coordinate patient flow, staffing, and bed assignments to optimize unit performance and serve as a clinical resource for bedside nurses.

Collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, you will support high-quality patient care, respond to emergencies, and ensure safety, standards of care, and regulatory compliance.
